BORGHESE GARDENS AND GALLERY (Duration: around 3 hours)
One of the best art collections in Rome is that of a really influential noble family of the 1600. You get the chance to admire the statues of Gian Lorenzo Bernini and Antonio Canova, paintings by Caravaggio, Raffaello and Tiziano, as well as the rooms and gardens of this huge villa purchased by the Italian government for a small amount of money at the start of the 20th century. Since then it has been renovated and reopened to the public.

CAPITOLINE MUSEUMS (Duration: around 3 hours)
At the top of the Campidoglio, just opposite the Roman Forum and inside the buildings designed by Michelangelo, is a representation of life in ancient Rome. Here you’ll find all the treasures and ruins retrieved in the excavations, along with the massive original foundation base of the Temple of Jupiter, the most sacred place for the Romans back in the 6th century b.C.
