WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
The check-in, from 2pm till 9pm, will be made directly at the apartment: please, contact the Hotel Siena in Rome(ph: +39 06 6796121 - e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to tell the staff the hour of your arrival and we can arrange the best welcome for you. The check-out should be before 11am on the day of your departure.
On your departure day, if you wish to make one more visit around the Eternal City, you can leave your baggage at the reception of Hotel Siena where it will be closely watched over until you leave.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION TERMS?
Notification up to three days prior to your arrival incurs no penalty. For a no-show or late cancellation the first night will be charged.
For stays beyond 6 nights in case of a no-show, a late cancellation or an early departure, a 30% charge of the total will be debited.
DO YOU OFFER WI-FI CONNECTION?
There is complimentary Wi-Fi connection in all of the apartments.
Do you host animals?
At the present time, we do not have arrangements that would comfortably welcome animals.
