At Ristorante Francy, located inside the Hotel Montecatini Palace & Spa, tradition meets modernity.
On its à la carte menu you will find Italian culinary tradition with an international haute cuisine twist, from Chianina beef tartare with Himalayan salt to salt cod cappellacci ravioli with a Livorno style ragù. Dishes which change each month, in line with the seasonality and availability of their ingredients, always fresh, and purchased from local producers wherever possible.
Inside, you'll find sophisticated grey and cream tones, with large windows bringing light and beautiful views. In the warmer months, you can enjoy the unique pleasure of dining outdoors, under the hi-tech gazebo, which provides shelter from the sun without restricting the wonderful summer breeze, amidst the water jets and clever lighting that illuminates the hotel by night.
Ristorante Francy is open daily for hotel guests and external diners for lunch from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm and for dinner from 7:30 pm - 10 pm (booking required).
Guests can choose from half-board and full-board packages on request, or select from the à la carte menu. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available on request.

Our Olive Oil, Wine and Chocolate Tastings are a journey through the flavours and enchanting aromas of Italy. From the reds of San Gimignano to Bolgheri Vermentino... from cured meats to specially selected cheeses accompanied by honey and preserves... from the best olive oils to prize chocolate... immerse yourselves in an experience that will reawaken all five of your senses.
OUR BARS
For an aperitif, a coffee or a cup of tea in the afternoon, we have two bars available. The first is in our lounge area, amidst loft leather sofas and exotic items of furniture (open from 2:30 pm - midnight). The second is poolside, on our sunny roof terrace. Perfect for a cocktail with panoramic views, or a snack between meals (open from 10 am - 8 pm).
