WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in begins at 14:00 (2pm) and check-out is before 11:00 (11am). If you so desire, on your check-out day you can leave your baggage/luggage at our front desk where it will be safely guarded. In doing so, you will be free to further enjoy the last day of your visit to Rome.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION CONDITIONS?
To cancel and/or modify within 72 hours before your booked arrival date, no penalty will be levied. If a cancellation or no-show is not reported during this stated time period, a penalty equal to the cost of the first night will be levied.
DO YOU OFFER WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION?
Yes. We have no charge Wi-Fi Internet connection thrugout the hotel.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes. Close by the hotel there is parking and garage facilities on payment. It is important to remember that the Hotel Siena, Rome is positioned in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Therefore, in order to enter this area your vehicle must possess the proper documentation. Call us one day in advance of your arrival providing us with your license plate number and time of arrival.
DO YOU OFFER A NON-GLUTEN MENU?
Yes. Upon request we will provide non-gluten foods for you at breakfast time.
DO YOU WELCOME ANIMALS?
We can accommodate small dogs at a cost of € 15.00 per night
