The Francy Restaurant in Santa Margherita Ligure, inside the Hotel Santa Margherita Palace & Spa, is a crossroads of tradition and modernity.
On Its à la carte menu you will find dishes of Italian gastronomy revisited with a quid of international haute cuisine. Dishes that change every month, according to the season and the products available, always fresh and if possible purchased from local producers.
The interior spaces, declined in sophisticated shades of gray and cream, the summer is a pleasure to have lunch or dinner outside, under the hi-tech gazebos, which shelter from the sun without taking away the pleasure of the summer breeze, between water jets and plays of light that illuminate the hotel at night.
Menu and opening hours
Ristorante Francy is open daily, for hotel guests and external diners for lunch from 12:30 -14:30 am and for dinner from 7:30 pm - 10 pm (booking required).
Guests can choose from half-board and full-board packages on request, or select from the à la carte menu. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available on request.
