Meet up with the guide in Manarola. From there enjoy a private tour in the vineyards surrounding the town. The experience it’s the best way to learn how grape is cultivated and how wine is made in the Cinque Terre. In the excursion you’ll also see the terracing salvaged by the Fondazione Manarola – Cinque Terre, created a couple of years ago to “salvage” the abandoned terracing. To end the tour, a tasting of local wines and traditional foods (focaccia, bruschetta etc).
NOTE: customers need to wear hiking boots or sports shoes! Includes half day tour with guide (3 hours) and wine tasting.
A glass of prosecco as welcome and then on with the lesson!
You’ll learn to cook tiramisu, pesto and gnocchi. At the end of the class you’ll taste your creations accompanied by a glass of wine of the Cinque Terre.

Our chef will welcome you and share his culinary traditions using produce from his own garden over the sea. Join a short cooking lesson, learn more about some traditional ligurian recipes and then enjoy a delicious meal in a beautiful location!
